68 North - A Visual Journey Through the Lofoten Islands

Imagine a place where the sun doesn't rise during winter and doesn't set during summer. A place where the night sky is dominated by explosions of green, red, and purple. A place where jagged mountains and angry oceans meet. A place where the weather is unforgiving. A place of beauty, peace, and solitude.

That place is the Lofoten Islands. An archipelago that could've been taken out of a fairytale.

Life here isn't always a bed of roses. The darkness of winter and months without sun will affect your mood. Months with non-stop rain don't help. But that one day of nice weather. That one day... It makes it all go away.

The images in 68 North - A Visual Journey Through the Lofoten Islands aren't about that one day. They're about the rougher days. You see, these days are where I find my inspiration. That's when I feel alive.
